The apartments were brand new, very comfortable and well equipped. Our hosts Lisa and Colin were very pleasant and helpful and made our stay in Rotorua a pleasure.

The hotel served as a chilled-out base for exploring Rotorua. the accommodating staff provided great service. - the location close to the main street and a cinema was marvelous. - Being near restaurants and pubs was convenient. - Everything about the hotel was modern and I would choose it again for my next stay in Rotorua.

My wife and I, had a great stay at the Quest Rotorua Central. The apartments were very clean,spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Very convenient central city location. Great hosts with fantastic staff.. Highly recommend.

Chilled in an apartment with a cool terrace and comfy armchairs. It was at a decent distance from the Spa Rotorua, which was nice. Plus, it was right smack in the heart of the town! 🌟

wonderful relaxing good basic hotel with fairly friendly staff. good sized unit on the balcony. shopping area, very central location short walk to a kiwi sanctuary and the maori village experience, and the centre of rotorua. spa lounge for guests, overall terrific service. late check-out.

Excellently equipped room, with modern white goods, plenty of room, and an interesting spa bath on the balcony. City centre location with car parking. Very friendly and helpful franchise owners who made great suggestions for what to do.

For the great value we got, the room at Quest was fantastic - modern, spacious, clean, and with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff, especially the receptionists like Paul and DJ, were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful.

The breakfast could have been better, with more options and variety.

Marvellous location not too far away from The Spa Rotorua. Soundproof room with a king bed, accommodating staff. Helpfulness from the whole staff.
